• intentionally interfere with BLKPEEPZ systems;
• conduct unauthorized attacks against networks or users;
• impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes;
• distribute illegal content;
• engage in fraud or deception;
• send unlawful spam; or
• abuse the platform in a manner that threatens other users or the integrity of the service.

BLKPEEPZ may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with applicable law.

BLKPEEPZ does not voluntarily surrender user information merely because a government agency requests it.

Requests from law-enforcement agencies or government entities must be supported by valid legal authority and legally sufficient process.

BLKPEEPZ may review, challenge, narrow, reject, or seek clarification concerning requests that are legally deficient, overly broad, or otherwise inappropriate.

Where legally permitted, BLKPEEPZ intends to seek strong judicial protection for user information.

However, you acknowledge that applicable law may require BLKPEEPZ to comply with warrants, subpoenas, court orders, preservation demands, emergency requests, or other legally binding process.

BLKPEEPZ does not represent or warrant that the platform will be completely immune from security incidents.

We work to protect your privacy, but no legitimate internet service can truthfully promise that a security breach, attack, failure, or unauthorized access will never occur.

Your decision to use the platform constitutes acknowledgment of this inherent technological risk.

Nothing in this section eliminates any legal right or responsibility that cannot legally be waived.

BLKPEEPZ may modify, maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the platform when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, security issues, network problems, third-party infrastructure, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

You agree not to knowingly provide unauthorized persons with access to your account.

You should notify BLKPEEPZ if you believe your account has been compromised.

BLKPEEPZ may revise these Terms as our technology, services, security requirements, or legal obligations change.

Material changes may be communicated through the website, account interface, PEEPZ Mail, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

Additional governing-law, jurisdiction, dispute-resolution, and arbitration provisions may be adopted separately where appropriate.

These Terms and the BLKPEEPZ Privacy Policy describe the general understanding between BLKPEEPZ and its users concerning the collection and use of information described in those documents.

By using BLKPEEPZ, you acknowledge that:

• You understand that your IP address may be logged.
• You understand that this information is maintained primarily for legitimate operational and security purposes.
• You understand that BLKPEEPZ does not sell your IP address or search activity.
• You understand that no internet platform can guarantee absolute security.
• You accept the inherent shared technological risk associated with using an online service.

BLKPEEPZ.com — PEEPZ Mail

Your Community. Your Privacy. Your Platform.

A PEEPZ Mail account is provided to you as a personal, revocable, non-transferable privilege. Before your mailbox is activated you must affirmatively accept these Terms of Use and the PEEPZ Mail account terms presented at sign-up.

You agree that you will not use a PEEPZ Mail account to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law or regulation.
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, chain mail, or deceptive commercial messages.
• Commit or attempt fraud, phishing, identity theft, financial deception or impersonation.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or code intended to damage systems or data.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or incite violence against any person or group.
• Transmit unlawful content, including content that sexually exploits minors.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BLKPEEPZ systems or other members' accounts.

BLKPEEPZ reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any PEEPZ Mail account, to withhold or disable sending and receiving, and to block a person from creating additional accounts, where BLKPEEPZ believes in good faith that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, in violation of applicable law, or in connection with suspicious activity such as fraud, spam, abuse, or account compromise.

When an account is suspended, the account holder is shown a suspension notice on sign-in and may lose access to sending, receiving, and stored mail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension decisions may be reviewed on request. An account holder who believes a suspension was issued in error may contact BLKPEEPZ, which will review the matter in good faith. BLKPEEPZ is not obligated to restore an account and may retain records as required for security, legal, or law-enforcement purposes.
